  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

  • Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add ice as desired. More ice makes it thicker.  Enjoy!
